Digital kitchen scale

Half sheet pans

Half Sheet Pans

Sturdy, don't warp in a hot oven, and the right size for basically every cookie recipe I test. I use a variety of pans, but these are simply my favorite.

Candy thermometer

Candy Thermometer

Takes the guesswork out of candy, bread, and knowing when a bake is actually done.
